The story of YUZU
The YUZU is the traditional symbol of purification and renewal. It is traditional in Japan to take a yuzu onsen bath during the winter solstice in order to eliminate the energies of the year. This small citrus fruit with an invigorating scent awakens the mood in the heart of winter; in aromacology, it does the same.
